Direct Debit
Upon request, we can arrange for monthly donations by direct debit from your checking or savings account. If this option interests you, please contact Debby Tepielow.

Online and Other Giving Opportunities
Eastern Hills exists to help people take their next step in their journey with Jesus. The financial support of those who are a part of EHCC allows us to connect with people in a way that encourages that next step. We are grateful to our congregation and friends whose donations fully and entirely support the church and all its ministries. Eastern Hills Community Church is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit corporation.
Where Your Donation Goes
You may designate your contribution according to your preference. Our primary options are described below:
General Operating Fund - This general fund makes possible the day-to-day ministry and services of the church. If you have questions about our annual budget, you may contact Debby Tepielow. Upon request, we would be happy to provide a copy of the church's financial summary for our current fiscal year.
Building Campaign - Our ITS ABOUT PEOPLE STEWARDSHIP CAMPAIGN is the financial foundation of our relocation to our new facility. If you are fulfilling a pledge made during the campaign, you can do that here. If you did not make a pledge but would like to make a contribution, just designate the gift to THE BUILDING CAMPAIGN. If you would like to know more about the campaign and how you can make an ongoing pledge to it, please contact Debby Tepielow.
Benevolence Fund - Through this ministry, the Deacons of Eastern Hills Community Church demonstrates the love of Jesus by providing for those in need in our congregation and immediate community.
Records and Receipts
Confidential Records - Donations made to Eastern Hills Community Church are kept confidential.
Gift Receipts - Eastern Hills Community Church provides gift receipt statements that show donations received within the applicable time period. A full annual receipt statement is mailed in January for the prior calendar year. Partial statements are mailed in April, July and October to provide updates to donors. Additional thank-you letters or receipts may also be sent to you if you contribute to a special ministry project. If you ever have questions about your donation records, please contact Debby Tepielow.
Financial Accountability
At Eastern Hills Community Church, we've made a commitment to high standards, especially when it comes to managing the dollars given by our congregation and friends. Our standard practices of financial accountability include:
- Monthly financial review by our Executive Committee and Board of Elders
- Annual audit by Poysti & Adams, LLC.
- Confidential records and receipt statements for all givers
