Ministries | Young Adult Ministries

Young Adult Ministries meets every Sunday evening at 6:30pm in the Fellowship Hall.

We desire to be intentional about creating a community for folks in their 20s and 30s. We get together to worship God, deepen our relationship with Him, and grow in fellowship with each other. We welcome you wherever you are to come and join the community!

Our Next Meeting: May 11th - James 4:13-17

We are currently going through the book of James. The following books are recommended by way of additional reading:

  1. James & Jude - The New Cambridge Bible Commentary by William F. Brosend II. This is easier to read than most commentaries and provides more detailed treatments on the more important themes/passages
  2. The Message of James -The Bible Speaks Today by J.A. Motyer. A readable look at the text with a commitment to application and contemporary connection.
  3. Preaching James by William R. Baker & Thomas D. Ellsworth. This book is designed to help preachers better understand and preach the epistle. For the average reader, it contains quality presentations of how to understand the Biblical text and modern-day illustrations and parallels.

    Relevant Magazine-A quality website/magazine which looks at God, Life and Popular Culture from a Christian perspective.
    Sojourners Magazine-Another great Christian website/magazine which focuses on God's call toward social justice.
